The states and territories represented in this dataset are those that have been approved to borrow by the Department of Labor and/or have an outstanding borrowing balance with the Unemployment Trust Fund. The Advance Activities Schedule for September 17th through the 30th will have an interest received column for the states paying the interest due by September 30th. Section 1202(b)(10)(A) of the Social Security Act as amended by Section 9021 of PL 117-2 deferred the accrual of interest on state advances until September 6, 2021.
